Settings Center

In the Settings Center, you can perform comprehensive personal configuration and data management for Mixstart.

General Settings

Auto-start on Boot: When enabled, Mixstart will automatically run with the Windows system startup, no need to open manually.
Minimize to Tray: When clicking the close button, the program minimizes to the system tray in the bottom-right instead of exiting, maintaining background operation.
Language Settings: Switch the interface language (supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English).

Interface Theme: Switch between Light/Dark modes.
Interface Scaling: Adjust the overall UI size (Auto/Small/Large) to adapt to high-resolution screens.
Hover to Switch Category: Automatically switch when the mouse hovers over the left category navigation, improving browsing efficiency.
Item Launch Method:
- Single click: Open apps or URLs with a single click.
- Double click: Requires double-clicking to open (prevents accidental clicks).
Auto-hide Window:
- Manual: Requires manual clicking to close or minimize.
- After Launch: Automatically hide the main interface after opening an app.
- When Blurred: Automatically hide when the mouse clicks outside the window area.

Mixstart provides a complete data backup solution:

Data Storage Location: View or change the data storage path (requires restart to take effect).
Database Encryption: Set or update encryption keys to protect your private data.
Backup & Restore:
- Backup Data: Export configuration to a file.
- Restore Data: Restore from backup; note that this will overwrite current data.

Configure the built-in AI assistant, supporting multiple large models.

Custom API: If the server proxy is unavailable, you can configure your own OpenAI-format API Key.
Multi-model Support: Supports OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude 3.5), Google (Gemini), as well as domestic Chinese models like DeepSeek, Alibaba Qwen, and Zhipu AI.
Vision Recognition: Configure models that support image recognition (e.g., gpt-4o, qwen-vl-max).

Customize the appearance of desktop message notification windows.

Default Opacity: Adjust the opacity of notification windows.
Show Border: Whether to display a subtle border.
Initial Size: Customize the default width and height of notification windows.
Always on Top: Whether notifications should always be displayed at the topmost layer.

Data Source Config: Configure QWeather API Host and Key.
Display Preferences: Set default city, temperature unit (℃/℉), and refresh frequency.

Mixstart is divided into Free and Professional versions.

Trial Version: New users enjoy a 7-day full-feature trial period.
Professional Version: After purchasing an activation code, all advanced features can be unlocked.
